ACC BOSS FIRED IN SEEMING CLEAN UP OF ANTI-GRAFT BODY

President Michael Sata has appointed Rosewin Wandi as Director-General of the Anti-Corruption Commission, replacing incumbent Colonel Godfrey Kayukwa.

Mrs Wandi has worked at the Anti-Corruption Commission for over 25 years where she has risen from the junior ranks to her new position.

The appointment is however subject to ratification by the National Assembly.

Mrs Wandi replaces Colonel Kayukwa, who in his last days head of the ACC had become embattled over an investigation into one of the Electoral Commission of Zambia suppliers.
