ZAMBIA ARMY COMMANDER FIRED

President Michael Sata has replaced Zambia army Commander, Lieutenant-General Wisdom Lopa with Lieutenant-General Paul Mihova.
President Sata has since sworn in Lieutenant-General Mihova, together with newly appointed Drug Enforcement Commissioner, Alita Mbahwe.
The President has also sworn in new permanent secetaries in the two Ministries and North-Western province.
Those appointed and sworn in are Bernard Namachila in the Ministry of Local Government, housing, early Education and Environment and Victor Mutambo in the Ministry of Mines.
President Sata has further appointed and sworn in David Shamulenge as Permanent secretary for North-Western province.
