CIVIL SOCIETY MEETS OVER THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AID IN ZAMBIA

Civil Society Organisations have met in Lusaka to discuss aid effectiveness in Zambia.
This is ahead of an international conference on aid set for South Korea next month.
Civil Society of Poverty Reduction Board Chairperson, Partner Siamutumwa has further noted that aid continues to play a cardinal role in national development.
Mr Siamutumwa is however concerned with the levels of finances mismanagement in some public institutions, which he attributes to a system weakness in the civil service.
