COURT GRANTS EX-PARTE INJUNCTION AGAINST REGINA CHILUBA

The high court has granted an injunction against late former republican president, Frederick Chiluba’s widow, Regina from administering his estate.

The court granted the ex-parte injunction to the late Dr Chiluba’s children on 5^th August 2011.

According to the court order, the injunction also restrains co-administrator Musonda Chisulo, who is the second respondent in the matter.

Mrs Chiluba and Mr Chisulo have since been restrained from administering or dealing in any way with Dr Chiluba’s estate, directly or indirectly.

According to an affidavit filed in the Lusaka high court, Dr Chiluba’s children want the court to determine how their father’s estate should be administered.
