DR. CHILUBA DIED INTESTATE

Late former President, Frederick Chiluba’s children have sued the late leader's widow, Regina restraining her from administering their father's estate.
But Mrs Chiluba has told the media that the late former President did not leave a will for his estate.
Hellen Ngosa Chiluba and Darling Ngosa Chiluba, who are late Dr. Chiluba’s biological children, are suing on behalf of their siblings, Jane, Mikoyandi, Hotercia, Hulda, Verocia and Frederick Junior.
According to an affidavit filed in the Lusaka high court on Thursday 4th August 2011, the Children are seeking to secure letters of administration.
But in a statement through Emmanuel Mwamba, who was Dr Chiluba’ spokesperson, Mrs Chiluba says all her late husband lawyers say he did not leave a written will.
And Mrs Chiluba says legal action being instigated by some of her late husband's children has saddened the family.
She has since requested the children to withdraw the court matter saying it is  bringing the family name into ridicule.
