Some civil society organisations have reiterated the need for political leaders’ pro-activeness over Zambia’s attainment of the millennium development goals.

Civil Society MDGs Campaign National Director, Dennis Nyati also says politicians must give a feasible approach towards poverty alleviation in the country.

And Action Aid Africa Spokesperson, Henry Malumo has observed that politicians are not focusing on issues, which affect people.
