The Lusaka Stock Exchange –LuSE- has
emphasised the need for Small and Medium businesses to comply with legal
obligations before commencing trade on the stock market.
LUSE General Manager, Beatrice Nkanza has
told Muvi TV Business that S.M.Es, like most large firms, are in need of
capital therefore turning to the stock market to raise financing.
Mrs Nkanza says complying with the stock
market obligations will facilitate investment into small and medium businesses.
Meanwhile, Mrs Nkanza says trade on the stock
market has not been affected by the 2011 general elections environment.
