ZCID CITES ECZ FOR POLLS IRREGULARITIES

The Electoral Commission of Zambia has been cited for its ill-preparedness for the 20^th September general elections.

Zambia Centre for Inter-Party Dialogue Executive Director, Chella Chomba says this situation is evident in the several short-comings noted during the elections.

Mr Chomba has cited the unnecessary delays in the distribution of election materials as one of the short-comings on the part of the ECZ.
